EXAMPLES FROM OUR TRAINING PROGRAMMES

A- IN-SERVICE TRAINING AND ORGANISATIONS

1- Within In-Service Trainings 2005, A Training Camp for senior managers of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality at Uludag has been organised. This service has been provided to four groups of 400 people for four days and as a total 1600 people have benefitted from it.

2- The cooks who work for Social Facilities under Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Social and Administrative Affairs have been given their cookery training by our company.

3- In order to improve the service quality of the Directorate General of IETT personnel; positive communication, body language use, public relations and communication knowledge trainings have been provided by our company.

4- In order to increase the service quality of Department of Fire Brigade of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality personnel, our company has provided basic firemen training, specialised training, first aid training (AKOM- Disaster Coordination Center), general knowledge training, Rescue Teams trainings, earthquake and first intervention training, disaster and first aid training by speacialised trainers.

5- Trainings entitled Communication and Human Relations, Stress Management, Morale and Motivation, Knowing People and our Blind Points have been presented to the ISTAÇ A.S. personnel.

6- In 2005 “Strategic Plan Training” at Klassis Hotel (Silivri) and the hotel organisation that are attended by Mr. Kadir TOPBAS, Mayor of Istanbul, Secretary General, Deputy Secretaries General, Heads of Department and Unit Directors have also been given by our company.

7- In 2005 our company provided the in-service training to all Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality personnel. Totally 70 trainers have presented training under 33 branches.

8- Kayisdagi Darulaceze (Alms House) personnel (500) have been provided with communication-oriented training seminars in Yalova Armutlu and our company has undertaken this organisation.

9- A two-day trip including training and motivation programme of a group of 100 people from ISFALT A.S has been organised by our company.

10- “The vocational improvement and harmony courses” for taxi drivers working in the European side of Istanbul are still carried out. At the first stage, client satisfaction oriented trainings entitled “Behaviour Trainings, city information and culture; Tourism, English, First Aid with a cultural and civilisational approach” trainings and seminars on “Human Rights and Democracy” have been organised by our company. These trainings are carried out by 20 expert trainers.

11- In order to make the people of Istanbul producers instead of consumers, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality organises ISMEK courses (Arts and Profession Courses). In 80 centers in 64 branches with 800 employees and 28,000 students we have provided vocational training. This number in these trainings given by 350 full time teachers and 150 part-time trainers has mounted up to 85 branches, 115,000 trainees and 170 course centers. Thanks to our hardworking and planned activities of our professional team, ISMEK Project could reach its present success.

B- HEALTHCARE TRAININGS

Prof. Recep GÜLOGLU from Çapa Faculty of Medicine, Emergency Operation undertakes the consultancy and training organisation of our healthcare trainings. We serve with a total of 15 part-time contracted trainers.
1- Doctors and nurses working at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Emergency Aid and health personnel at IGDAS have been given Trauma Rescuitation training.
2- The health personnel working for the Women’s Health and Healhcare Services at home of Saglik A.S. (Health Inc.) have been given Vocational Technical Training and Personal Development Training by our company.
3- The health personnel at Kayisdagi Darulaceze have been given vocational trainings on Wound Care, Trauma, Geriatry.
4- 50 employees from Fatih Municipality have been given first aid training (with official certificate).
5- These First Aid trainings have been provided to many people from public and private sector and are still provided.
6- Our Institution continues its background studies on “Health at Home and Healthcare Services at Home” in order to produce service to the public.
